Security
Security of your personal information is our highest priority. To ensure your personal information, such as credit card details, billing and delivery addresses are kept safe and secure during the ordering process, Harrison Frames uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This means your personal information is encrypted, so that other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping it secure.
Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. The only exception is in the Retail & ‘Shopping Cart’ screen, where GST is shown separately.
Pricing & special offers are subject to availability, and Harrison Frames reserves the right to cancel or amend these without notice. Any of these changes will not affect current orders.
Prices do not include delivery - this will be shown once your order has been completed and you choose your preferred delivery method.
Availability
All products shown on our website are made to order & we endeavour to have orders delivered within 7 days of reciept of order (some delays to be expected during busy seasons).
Delivery
Harrison Frames will courier your purchases to your chosen destination anywhere within New Zealand. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery from the date payment is made.

Privacy
Harrison Frames values and respects the privacy of all its customers. Our promise to you is that we will not sell or pass on any of your information to any person or organisation.
We do store your personal information but your card details are deleted from our order processing system once the transaction is complete, to ensure absolute security of your credit card details.
Should you wish to delete your personal information, please email us at info@harrisonframes.com and we will delete you from our system.
Order Guarantee and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order please call us immediately on 07 575 0981 or email info@harrisonframes.com. We will exchange or refund you once we have received your returns.
Any damaged goods should be reported by calling us on 07 575 0981 or emailing us at info@harrisonframes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace or refund if any goods are damaged during delivery.
Replacement items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made or we will refund/credit your account should you prefer.
Please ensure all unwanted or damaged goods are returned to Harrison Frames in their original and unused condition, with their original packing within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
